The Iron sights seem to be fixed to the gun, to remove the front one at least you have to change the whole handguard and the gas block the red dot has no zoom effect, which should be the reason for the last and third sight. The barrel looks weird because the handguard is short, it looks like its a standar m16 lenght, as well as the grenade launcher. For me, the Handguard is the only thing actually screwed up, since the gas block is out of position... Just my opinion tough

I could understand two sights if they weren't mounted in line. Such as a raised telescopic sight with a red-dot/holographic sight sitting underneath, so she can aim at long and short ranges alike. This would add unnecessary parallax to the telescopic sight, though. Another way would be the holographic sight offset along the barrel's axis to the side, say, 45° clockwise, so she can take aim at a medium-range target by rotating the rifle when she doesn't need such a stable firing platform, and aim at long-range targets by holding it upright, due to that position's better stability. At least, that's my two cents...
However, what you say, that the holographic sight is not zoomed, hence the telescopic one, isn't exactly correct. While it is possible to set the two up in such a configuration, it would require precisely matching the optical axes, otherwise the holographic sight's reticle would be thrown out of alignment with the barrel when viewed through the telescope. Therefore, this configuration is not used.

I count Only Two Red dot's, three sights total: 1 Iron-Sights Set, The scope and the grayish red dot. If I missing one please point it out.
Also, I wasnt considering the scope as a red dot, just a magnifier, the so called parallax is minimal, if you want range you need an actual magnifier scope, the configuration I suggested might be effective only within a few hundred meters, but it gives you a better visual on your target. The 45° rail mount you suggest is only found in very specialized modualr handguards, and they are usally for DMR's or so rifles, since the handguards have to be bigger, and even if so, normally those are meant to hold torch's, lasers, infrarreds or something alike. If she doesnt need an "stable" firing platform, she might as well hipfire it and still get better accuracy than shouldering the rifle in an akward way.

Isn't the fourth one in the line, the little thing behind the scope, a smaller red-dot sight? Or is it the other end of the iron sights?
Either way, I think the gray one behind the front posts of the iron sights is a holographic sight, not a red-dot one, and since the optical axes don't seem to be in line, alignment is sure to be thrown out of whack with the scope behind it, since the reticle of a holographic sight moves with the eye.
