there was nothing misleading at all, I clicked on the thumbnail and got exactly what I expected to get

I think it may be just a bit misleading.
Just looking at the thumbnail you'd think she was licking her, but closer inspection shows Ui is only smelling Yui.
So in that way it could be considered a little misleading.

This one's well worth a sniff.
