Short kid, colored hair (needs red though), glasses, lab coat, and his own personal mech (dexterbot i think it was) yep this feels like Dexter even if it isn't. Need a pet monkey that tuens into a super hero called Monkey and an annoying sister to press a conveniantly placed button to destroy the mech and I'll swear this was the anime version od Dexters Lab.
