Seriously, I read about this and I wanted to punch whoever runs Sega in the face numerous times.

Man, i understand that the hand-held market is more booming than the home console market, but still.....I guess i'm just in the minority of people that still prefers to play their games on a big TV. Thank the touhous that i can just hook up a component cable with my PSP. Sadly the DS has no TV hook-up.

I myself went "YAY !" because I have PSP instead of a PS3.

i know selvaria IT PAINS US ALL <_< i own both a PSP and a PS3 but for VC i prefer the console version better its hard if your characters dont have dynamics...

PS: anyone knows how to get selvaria on the english VC2? or whether theres a code for maximillian and her out yet...

In a way I don't mind as long as I get to play VC3 PSP or PS3, though i rather see it in ps3 graphics on a normal size- semi large screen lol.

Well if it wasn't for me PSP being broken I'd be happier...But right now I feel like destroying a few things.

I don't own a PS3. As such, I did not play Valkyria Chronicles on PS3.
But I have a PSP, and Valkyria Chronicles 2 is really entertaining...

Still, as happy as I am, I don't understand why they are giving so much preference to the portable instead of the home console.

ya they say their gonna have the series stay on the psp cause 1 had too much production values put in it and the sales were not as great as the money and time they wasted on it ,since the game had like 50 differnt voice actors(some quite famous), unique details for EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THOSE 50 PLAYBLE CHARACTERS, and cel shaded graphics. at least that was their excuse

But a little hope, I've read that Shinji Motoyama, director of VC told Famitsu magazine he wants to bring it back to the PS3 in the future. Be hopeful.

They already have a goddamn fucking PS3 engine, you ignorant fucktard. Level design is peanut work compared to the grind of building an engine. I own both platforms and like the other commenters I'd prefer to enjoy it on my big screen + PS3.

Everyone who owns a Ps3 owns a PSP. Its still a slap in the dick to make it handheld. Even if i do understand that handhelds makes more money. if you count handhelds, the DS has more sales than the 3 console systems put together.

Thank GOD that I was lucky enough to get both a PS3 and PSP. Now the Valkyria Chronicles and God of War's are open to me plus plenty of other stuff like Dissidia and Disgaea. I am so happy.
Course, even as one of the more diehard fans of the PSP I still wanted VC3 to be on the PS3.

This is heart-breaking? Really? Sure having a game you really want coming out on a console you don't have is discouraging, but I don't see how that compares to the other stuff in this pool.
