Nah, she looks smaller here than the one from the game if you compare her sprite with those of humans.

It's not Tear's size that's surprising me in this pic, it's that Recette is ルセッテ instead of レセッテ. I guess I've been saying it wrong all this time.

The reason for it is that Japanese interprets the French "re" syllable as "ル/ru". See also: Lelouch, whose name is pronounced in Japanese as "Ruruushu".
