I'd been meaning to draw a picture of this character for a while- he's one of the villains from Treasure's "Silhouette Mirage", a game old enough to have been released on the Sega Saturn. Despite the crude graphics and bizarre biblical references in the story, I enjoyed it quite a bit. The evil twin-like rivals, Hal and Megido, are definitely a plus, too.
