The creepiest part about that monologue is that it sounds exactly like something Yuyuko would say...
Those hands are the hands of death and they are clawing their way at the living, resisting her because she's already given herself to them or, rather, she is the reason they are there.
Also, this picture could be based off a famous and rumoured to be haunted painting called The Hands Resist Him where the hands are doing something similar, resisting the boy but reaching for the girl (who is a doll or puppet of some sort), much like how the hands are going away from Yuyuko and going to the empty chair.
