The very first ai-generated post was post #5197631 uploaded on the 15th of March 2022
Ai generated posts were banned on the 4th of October 2022
Putting that on a timeline gives:

That said, we are comparing a period of 203 days to a period of 578 days, so calculating the posts/day gives:
0.70 posts per day / 6.67 posts per day

Almost a tenfold increase.

That's probably more to do with the exponential growth of AI generator usage than anything else. The ban was established right as the "AI apocalypse" was starting. It would probably be 100 times worse than it currently is if they hadn't been banned.

Auto ins is a known ai artist
