Lelouch doesn't really look like...Lelouch. Maybe because he's not drawn in the sharp, angular style that Code Geass is drawn in.

There also seems to be something wrong with CC's feet. It isn't just the dangle, she almost looks like she has an upper-less sandal on her left foot and a pump on her right (not that this isn't possible, but Code Geass fashions dont seem to go big into the asymmetrical look, so I think this one counts as a drawing error)

I think that's just Creayus getting lazy in the end. I mean, you don't even have to look hard to tell that the shoes obviously don't match.
