She's from Tag Force 1-5, Her name is "Yukino Fujiwara" in the Japanese versions, and in English she is called "Wisteria".

Yeah, that's her, easier to tell it's her then in Tag Force 4 when she had her hair cut short XD. Easier to tell it's her by the red eyes and her hair always being in those pony-tails.

wisteria is my favorite main character in tag force. it would be fun in the game if you gave the girls things they like and can touching her breats.
