I think this is a reference to the birth of Buddha, where Buddha's mom gave birth to him from her side while standing and holding unto a tree. Oh yes, Buddha, according to the legend, was also able to walk and speak (like Chen here) the moment he was born.

    Translated. You're right.

On a side note, dragging all those text boxes on this large image was a pain. I'm probably missing something though.

Feels like it deserves the truth or a history lesson tag of some kind

    This was what actually happened.
What on earth are you doing in somebody else's garden?! #
    No, and I'm not interested.
Ran: Do you even listen to what other people say?
    *Stagger*
    *Body Impact*
I alone am honoured. "Tenjou Tenge, Yuiga Dokuson." This line is believed to be the Buddha's first words ('though not said with the Japanese pronunciation.) by Zen Buddhists. Possibly other schools of Buddhism as well, but I'm not familiar with the phrase.
    Do you understand now?
    I have learnt a lot...
Ran, do you know the circumstances of the birth of the founder of Buddhism, Śākya*? Śākya, one of the names of the Buddha. More often used in Japanese.
    On Heaven and Earth,
*Stand up straight!* Implies seriousness, generally before a punchline. Reference to a Japanese meme. Sorry, but I can't find any definitive articles in English.
