Princess Anne - Farmers Tan
Timelapse: youtu.be/gBI7rdseVCI
This one went through a few phases. Trying to get the pose right and body proportions. I picture Princess Anne as a very short, thin princess. Originally I had her a bit more bottom-heavy, but I think she looks more balanced this way. The towel looks a little more natural with the way it falls and it's a little less ridiculous with her chest.
Something else I struggled with was her skin tone. I imagine her skin tone is naturally very fair, so I held back on the saturation except in her makeup and rosy complexion.
The MOST fun I had was the Curls!! I've never painted curls before or drawn them successfully but I think they turned out sooo well here! (^-^)/ I am very proud of how they turned out~
I find it HILARIOUS that she has a Farmers Tan because Anne would be the LAST one to get caught in such an outfit.
Compared to my previous rendition of Princess Anne, this turned out a heck of a lot better. The arm looks a little awkward, but I still like this piece a lot. (^-^)
