Y'know, this could easily be the best anime of the decade. Maybe its because of the obvious pokes at recent western animation. Or maybe its because of the amazing amounts of toilet humor. Who knows. Everything else aside, its the best anime i've seen in a while.

You can't judge whether someone is a snob or not by their interests.
I don't hate Panty & Stocking, I just really can't fathom why anyone would consider it the best anime of the decade. But like Lilac said, different people have different tastes, so eh.
haha some people hate it, some people love it, the study or the animation or the "not moe" factor but this series is a BIG, HUGE parody of american cartoon's with an adult's touch K-on! is just...moe. NON ADULT!!! Pansuto really is for adults only, so there's no comparison between them I absolutely love it. the animation and all, and Im not a big fan from Gainax (besides, is a collaboration with the GEEK studio) so, DEAL WITH IT!
I dislike anything overhyped. That includes K-on! and Touhou. However, if I find it before people hype it and shove it down my throat, I usually end up liking it.
Also, I just dislike K-on! because I hate anime about schoolgirls, and dislike Touhou because the character designs are just bad. The games themselves are fine though.
The vast majority of people who hate Panty & Stocking with Garterbelt tend to enjoy more "typical" anime. I'm talking weeaboos and a good deal of girls.
It's definitely a show for guys, but if people loosen up a bit, it's good for anyone.
I just dont like toilet humor. Even if it wasn't toilet humor, its level of humor didn't seem clever or witty at all. If that makes me a snob or a weeaboo girl, so be it.
