This is Reisen? Her hair is short and brown. She's kind of chubby. Those aren't how Reisen's ears are attached. Also I'm not sure if Reisen ever knew any sort of martial arts.

Pixiv tags make no mention of Reisen in any shape nor form. AK must of added them because her uniform looks similar enough.

Maybe it's a cosplay.
