I called bullshit at first, but hey, go figure. Published nearly 10 years ago, too.

I wouldn't be surprised if Cirno eventually became able to really freeze anything, even time and the universe, and thus truly became the strongest. ZUN would do that, just because.

Yet... I dont see fund it pool, I know id buy some!
