This would be the point where I'd just throw it away and go back to my trusty Rotom. It's one thing to be next to impossible to grind (even Slakoth/Slaking take orders and attack once every two turns), it's another where the Pokemon in question SHUTS DOWN IT'S OWN EVOLUTION.

That, or this is the point where I choke it with Rare Candies until the evolution sticks.

I just think Tenshi needs badges. A LOT more badges.

Remember kids: don't leave your pokedex lying around or your pokemon could cancel their own evolutions.
