Getsuyoubi no Tawawa is a series of one page chapters released every Monday. It started as a series of single illustrations of pretty girls he called his "monday morning offerings" to cheer up those on their way into work (Himura is a former "corporate wage slave" so he knows their feelings well). Over time he began releasing chapters that evolved into the one page stories like this one.

There is an official manga of the series out now, but these online chapters are the original source.
