    It's probably more like that. It's kind of hard to find a comparison, since I don't know how guys really are, but it's pretty much the truth that envy is common. :V

    There are a few instances of Penis-envy i seen in some manga and even anime(Busou Renkin). But i'd say, for the most part(At least from personal experience) Guys are usually more muscle envy rather than penis envy. Women have alot more ways to show off their breast than guys do showing off their penis. As like there were very many in the first place anyway.

    The only penis "Show off" i can think of would be a guy at the beach wearing a speedo vs swim trunks.
