one piece fanart parody of michelangelo’s pietà with zoro in jesus’ position and mihawk in mary’s. mihawk’s pose has been modified so that he looks directly at the viewer and holds yoru at an angle in front of their bodies. he cradles zoro’s unconscious form in his lap atop a pile of stone rubble in which zoro’s three swords are embedded. zoro is shirtless and bleeding from the diagonal wound on his chest from their baratie fight. the piece is rendered in a renaissance chiaroscuro style.
