Also in this artist version of Touhou Reisen and Youmu are pestered by this version of Sanae. In a expressions chart of Koyamas Reisen in the "in front of the one she hates" panel it's the annoyingly cute Sanae. So why wouldn't Sanae anounce something that maybe Reisen and Youmu themselves woyld want to anounce? or not have anounced...

The nae　苗 in Sanae　早苗 is also the right part of cat　猫, so it might be a sort of pun?
I'm not sure.

It isn't "cat" (猫), it's "draw" (描く,"egaku"). Easily confused, as the left-side radicals are very similar, especially if someone's handwriting is sloppy.

And now I can get the idea of this, an anouncement about less UdoMyon and the crowd goes wild... Well we got young Reisen series, and an Udoling pic so it's true lol.
