After hearing the mysterious voice, the pups look over and see who it came from. It turned out to be Tracker, who is also with Herbie. Seeing the two is great relief to the four helpless pups. While Chase and Skye call out their friends' names, Marshall and Aid beg them for help. Tracker sees how dire the trouble is, and tells the pups that he and Herbie are on their way. Then, a hand with a peculiar cream floats in, just as Aid tells them to make their rescue quick.
