The four pups' tickling increases, and they can barely take much anymore. Fortunately, Tracker and Herbie find them in the other room. But they need to find a way to free them without suffering the same fate.

As Herbie suggests something, a hand and a feather come up and decide to give Tracker the treatment. Tracker thinks it's Herbie, but the corgi is surprised to see that it's a hand and a feather doing it while the chihuahua laughs.
