There was no conversation or speech in the comic so it is a silent comic.

So explain the noise coming from the TV. Surely that counts as speech.

Well, depends. I see no "faceless being that is either male or female" type tag here so as it stands, the TV is just background noise because we can't recognized the reporter as a character.

Well, if it gets translated and that's revealed to be the reporter talking, I'm removing that tag. In fact, that's why I removed it in the first place since it's quite obviously someone talking. But I'll leave it there, if only to avoid a bloody edit war.
