The handlebars look a bit weird, but otherwise isn't it just a women's / step-through frame bike with fixed gears, fenders, and a chain guard (like an adult's version of https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0D9KDHRV7)? Most of those features are so that someone can ride in a dress / skirt. I'm not seeing all that much odd about it.
Ignoring the perspective which is a bit wonky and the tiny asymmetrical handlebars, the real error is the rear wheel. Spokes do not work like that.
The wheel is supposed to be on one side of the hub with the chainguard. Here the hub is right in the middle of the wheel which is not possible. Not helping is that the right paddle is drawn over the spokes which really makes it an Escher bicycle.

That's all fair. I also noticed you can see the edge of the chain-guard on both ends (which you couldn't do). All of this smacks of artist error though and not AI.
