Second Lieutenant Mirabelle Callahan (age 17), member of a United States of Liberion Air Force electronic warfare unit ("Scarecrow") stationed in Europe. Her TAC name is "Illusion", her Strikers are EF-111As, and her familiar is the raven. Born to a relatively poor Hispanic family, she wanted to become an airman from an early age and entered a Witches' unit in the Marines, and later transferred into the Air Force. She's been a close friend of Lieutenant Rand's since her days in the Marines. She's always looked mature for her age, so when she was 15 she caught the attention of a gravure magazine that specializes in photos of Witches. She's made a number of morale visits to bases even while on active duty in the Marines. She specializes in illusion magic and loves playing pranks, so she sometimes uses her powers to make mischief outside of duty.
