This Pokémon (Fan made Pokémon) base was created by RizzArtPage (in 2011) on Deviantart (Link: https://www.deviantart.com/rizzoartpage/art/038-Belux-3rd-CONTEST-MASCOT-192790778 ),
I only fiddled with the base until it fit my vision.
This was totally Ai-assissted, on my part, Art-wise (haven't drawn in ages and wanted it done fast before my muse left me)

For now the name shall remain as the original artist intended, but I might change it in the future depending on what I wish to do with it.

This design has been living in my mind, rent free for more than a decade, the idea of such a baby pokémon ever seeing it's official light of day was a dream I had to give up a long while ago.
Thanks to AI and me being who I am I went ahead and retouched on the concept and will try to improve on it.
As mentioned earlier it is not ( "just" ) my intellectual property, but most of all something like a one-sided collab with RizzArtPage (again check them out on Deviantart)

This "Pokémon" is supposed to be a pre-evo and in the art you can see it in it's shiny form. Normally instead of pink fur it would be black or dark grey, while it's tail would be white and the eyes red.
