Ahh, the ending that was all the rage. While not expecting that particular ending, this is Gainax we're talking about here, something ludicrous was bound to be the ending.

Corset has most likely abandoned Scanty & Kneesocks because of their consistent failures to stop Panty (and Stocking??). Also he's. A bean. I don't even know. I would not object to them becoming unwilling heroines.
They're going to help Brief but they will secretly being working for corset while at the same time having lesbian sex and being dominated by Chuck and discovering their own secret roots and possible connection to the drugs and alcohol that spawned this series. It's Gainax. I enjoyed it and feel it's too soon to end and hope they have another season.
Well, Panty was hardly "Angelic" so i would love the demon sisters to be "Would be" heroes for a make-believe season 2. Because this is Gainax after all.
Nono, they'll make a second season, they'll just completely disregard the season 1 ending and continue on as nothing happened, much like the zombie episode where panty and stocking became undead ATE garterbelt.
Damn it, this is pretty much exactly what I want in Season 2. Considering I hated Panty, and Kneesocks is my favorite character, this would just...own...
