Dio Brando = Can sotp time and also shouts out ZA WARUDO.
I'm unsure if both uses knives though, however, Sakuya and Dio Brando is close as saying "Sakuya is a female parody for Dio Brando". Thus Fandom came up with "Sakuya is Dio Brando's Father on *insert reason here*"

They both share several attacks in their fighting games, strike the same poses, and have similarly (In some cases, identically) named abilities. Half of Sakuya's animations in the fighting games are near exact copies of Dio's in his fighting games. One is a vampire, the other works for one. Sakuya's timestop works partially by timestop rules in the Jojoverse.
As it turns out, Dio's poses and battle cries are hereditary, and it is implied that timestop can be inherited. Dio also has several illegitimate children, and Sakuya has a mysterious past, which is why them being related is a common thing.
Epicsauce! But I'm still confused at the fandom here lololol, there's a side that takes them as a pairing meanwhile the other takes them as a father-daughter relation. SO RANDOM. DAMMIT.
