I don't see any discernible difference between the two pictures.

Open up both images in 2 different tabs and switch between them.

The differences are a handful of different positions for lighting on the hair and a slight improvement on the curve of the neck in the parent post. I'm not even sure why this second one was posted given it seems to be the inferior version of the two.

Then again I can't complain too much. I'm all for more Patchouli~ <3
