    年賀状作るの失念してましたァ・・・＜そんな年明けで大丈夫か？
    魔理沙「なあなあ、ウサギのしっぽって縁起がいいらしいんだ、ってことは干支ウサギのしっぽは相当だろう？ちょっと分けてくれ」
    鈴仙「あげられませんよぅ」
    霊夢「魔理沙、あんたもうそれ十回目よ？それより鈴仙・・・全然飲んでないじゃないの。干支なんだからもっと飲みなさい！そんなんで私の神社の参拝客が減ったら、承知しないからね（十一回目）」

    It doesn't, at least not an image with just with three characters. If it did, then the playable command pool would be a couple orders of magnitude larger... for example, any image of the Prismriver sisters would count. The pool wouldn't be useful because you'd never know what to expect from one image to the next.

    Personally, I think this one is very questionable. Reisen not only wasn't playable at the time, but she's clearly here representing the year of the rabbit, not as an example of three playable characters. I mean, if Sakuya was also in this picture (to make a definite third PC), it probably wouldn't have been included in the pool at the time with Reisen under an exception (personally, I think that if you're going to use those exceptions, there needs to be enough representatives from PoFV or SWR to make it clear that that's a grouping that's involved... that way you clearly know that it's the PC version not the NPC one).
