If Sakuya knows that, then her saying she would go dragon hunting takes on a deeper meaning. It appears from the text that she doesn't know that Meiling is a dragon, though, and if so, then Meiling agreein to follow Sakuya on a dragon hunt takes on a very much deeper meaning...!
Look at it the other way, too. Say in this comic Meiling isn't a dragon youkai. Well, how many other dragons have we heard of that reside in Gensokyo? Would they be easy to hunt?
