Mahou Shoujo Ai. Of course they are technically not dead, only became part of the monster, or a zombie hung from the cyling to be fucked forever and lure dumbasses in as a kind of venus trap. Once a girl really dies due to tentacles but she was about to be raped by men, not the tentacles themselves. And Ai? Well let's say, some things don't belong into certain places (however she survives, likely due to her magical powers).
