Well, about half the commentors on Pixiv mentioned seeing the tip of the tail on the left there as something else. That was probably (maybe) unintentional.

That's because the tail forks in two, but not necessarily at the base. You only see one end, but the other could be off-screen.

Not to mention that her official portrait hides any tails she might have. She could just as well have no tail at all, having twintails instead.

Yeah, "tip of the tail" wasn't my initial impression, either...

Small nitpick: Orin is a kasha, not a nekomata. Chen is the nekomata.
