That "tentacle" is probably a tongue, since she appears to be standing in the mouth of some large creature. Replacing tentacles and tentacles_under_clothes with tongue; adding bestiality and oral for good measure

Not sure that counts as bestiality. Dunno what it IS, mind you, but that's certainly no known animal.
