To add a little context, though, it's nothing that hasn't happened millions of times in similar situations throughout human history, not that it should stop you from raging.
Is this complete? I see two 'Lovely Dream' doujins on Toranoana. Is this basically a compilation of the two or are there pages that just haven't been uploaded yet/haven't appeared on the artist's Pixiv yet?

To the blissfully ignorant who haven't yet read this, a small word of warning. It's not just disgusting. It's disgustingly tragic. If you haven't read this yet and don't know what you're getting into. Don't read this on a good day, because It'll ruin your mood. Better yet, don't read it at all. Personally, i find this to be by far the worst / most unpleasant article of all things Touhou. ( Yes that includes KKHTA ) You've been warned.
