I think it's anatomy. Nipples aren't placed like that, and there's nothing indicating that they're being moved into such a position.

Still, 葉月, give a reason for unapproval, since "ToS" is the laziest way of marking something, and shows that you couldn't think of a reason to delete a picture you probably don't like.

Giving a rough average measurement, I measure her breasts at 244x205 pixels each, with her head about 227x208. Nitpicking, sure, but they're certainly bigger than I'd ever wish on a real human. Her spine would snap.
