I was translating everything in this pool that hadn't already been translated, but I have no idea how I'd include translations of the onomatopoeia in notes without said notes covering most of the art. ビュルッ (byuru), ビュルルッ (byururu), びゅるるっ (also byururu) and ビュ——ッ (byuuuu) are all variations on "squirt", like female ejaculation. ドピュッ and what appears to be どぴゅ (both pronounced dopyu or dopu, but with a slight accentuation at the end of the former) is onomatopoeia for male (penis) ejaculation.
