There was already a hard-rule against using AI-gen art for comerical practices aka that. I still don't understand why this idiots continue to do this.
Because as long as the platform(s) don't ban those people, the creators will just see it as a relatively easy way to get free money from people who don't know any better (and unfortunately, many don't know any better).
