From what I'ved looked at, this page and the one after are the only ones that need to be finished translated. That like looks pretty important too...

Well, here's an attempt at this one. I'm fairly sure Parsee is using "null" to refer to the ordinary surface world (ie, the humans' world), but I'm not completely sure; I'd appreciate it if someone more fluent could check that.

It doesn't seem to be all that important in terms of the larger story, though.

ヌルい here is 温い (lukewarm, soft, laid back). So it's something like, "The world I've lived in hasn't been so nice..."

Yes, that would make sense; katakana for emphasis, rather than for a loanword. It seems a little weird to me to be using 温い as a positive quality, though - I thought it was more negative, "lukewarm" implying "should be hotter", "laid-back" implying "should work harder", and so on - so I'll leave the correction to someone with a better handle on it.

(Or should it be "I'm not going to live in a half-hearted world", meaning "I'm not going to smile just to pretend to be happy"? That would fit the way she acts over the rest of the story...)

You're the special ones, being able to smile after that.
    Betrayed by humans...
What're you always frowning like that for?
    Hm...
I think you'd be cuter if you smiled♪
You oni are the same, aren't you?
The world I've lived in hasn't been that soft...
