you all seem to be forgetting the fact that she nearly already did this in Postman's comic but the postman calmed her down. The will of the miko is Absolute. It's her lot in life to be a Broken entity rather she or anyone else wants it that way.

Why does it take going to Makai for Patchy to get the respect she deserves? Best she gets in Gensokyo is a philandering thief who occasionally bothers to notice whose life she's making worse at the moment.
