I would say this is AI
Zundamon's ribbon is kind of weird and not as accurate as the official images.

The skin detail also feels very Pony-ish, Zunda's suit doesn't reach up to her chest which feels like a very machine mistake to make, and her hands have different finger sizes which is very suspicious.
