It could be a double sided strap-on, a long-ish dildo, or you know, the artist might not really care about the implication. You can't really see it either, so I dunno if tagging this with anything but yuri would be inappropriate.
Back at Pixiv, the artist hasn't tagged the pic neither yuri nor futanari. Unless someone translates the tags and the comment at Pixiv, we may never know. Heck, it could even be a genderswapped Mokou, for all we know.

I find it hilarious how people can seriously ask whether this is yuri or futa and have the answer affect their enjoyment of the image. Not saying anyone here is doing that, but I know some people do.
Anyway, if you can't see what's going on down there, it's our policy to tag it as yuri, pixiv tags/comments or not. Not arguing with the futa tags though. Those can stay.

It's our policy to not tag futa images as yuri. Take your pick; you can't have both. See forum #11853.
