More likely, the artist is just poking fun at how 'shippers portray Pomu and Selen's relationship, how Pomu is the dominant one and Selen the submissive one, when you'd think it'd be the other way around judging by their models.
Unsurprisingly, they've since moved on to making Mint and Doki art.
