    Just thought of something... the bodies of the Magical Girls who die are stuck in the witch's realm never to return. If anyone realizes they're gone, they can only be confirmed missing and eventually fade out into obscurity.

    ...So maybe they run the chance of floating into Gensokyo as a ghost or something?
