This artist isn't notoriously known for having a perfect art style, specially when it comes to anatomy. I have seen some of his stuff that quite frankly make this particular image look like the Mona Lisa - this isn't that bad.

Granted the anatomy isn't perfect, but cut the guy some slack. This is his style. Even if it's kinda off.

There's style, and there's blatantly crappy art. Sure, there are some peices where the artist purposefully exagerates or disregard certain basic elements for visual effect, but this is not one of them.

This artist needs to crack open an anatomy book badly.

I've seen worse, too, but that doesn't lower the bar of quality for approval of posts. Doesn't matter if it's his style or not, either; if "his style" means the art is not up to quality standards, it shouldn't be posted here.

Regardless of that, it's probably best for you to not automatically assume that "flagged for deletion" means exactly what it says. (We're trying to have that message changed appropriately.) Flagging a post just returns it to the moderation queue for three days' review by the Janitors; if they find that it does meet quality standards, it will be reapproved and earn a permanent place in the database, and if not, it will be automatically deleted as is proper.

I suggest a thorough review of about:mod queue and about:unapproved posts for immediate and future reference.
