Not really. Having bakers' chocolate around is unusual in the average household. And I used 90 under the assumption that Touhous were petite beyond measure, and I might get a sheet party if I went too high.
Still, .3 to 1 ounce per pound of body weight isn't much of a threat for the average dog. Not good, but not oh-god-lethal.
