The lovely Captain Syrup, leader of the Black Sugar pirate gang and one of Wario's nemesis. She's wearing the Crystal Starman necklace, which gives of the power of all the Super Mario power-ups, more than enough to get her revenge against Wario and conquer the Mushroom Kingdom.
