From previous cases, it looks like flagging posts which are still in the queue is forbidden, but I've even seen mods do it.

Unfortunately it was approved, so it needs to be flagged.
And yes, flagging posts which are still in the queue are most unwelcomed here.

You can do photoshop and it is allowed(i think), but you(the one who shopped it) can't upload it here.

However someone else can try and upload it here. The rule is that one can not upload their own drawings and such.
