Touhou character Hakurei Reimu. Reimu's fat head. Reimu's fat head starts saying "Take it easy!" Reimu's fat head becomes rape object for fat no-faced uncles. Reimu's fat head is dressed into panties. Reimu's fat head grows body. (I'm pretty sure I saw these fat heads with small bodies somewhere.) Reimu's fat head with a body is also depicted as rape object, now with the creepy connotation of little child.
At this rate this really has nothing to do with Touhou anymore. Expect disgusting similarity in appearances.
