As far as I can see, the anatomy is ok, it only looks weird because of perspective.

No, it's not. Her ribcage is practically gone. Either that, or her spine is broken so she can make that pose.

The angle of the lean is the problem, it's too steep. I could possibly make her pose like that, but that would involve snapping her spine somewhere between the 4th and 7th thoracic vertebra. And she would definitely NOT remain standing afterwards...

Hm, I think I can see the possible problem now. It really can be a poorly done anatomy. However, I'm still not sure about it, it just as well may be an optical illusion of sorts, this image looks more "weird" than "wrong".
